Everything is very simple and all necessary instructions are provided on screen. You may pay for the goods with your bank card.
Question: How secure is SmartPOST service? Is there a chance that any thug can get my parcel from the terminal? Answer: Parcel terminal service is very secure. No one can access your parcel in the terminal without your door unlocking code.
Question: Can my unlocking code be used by my spouse/child/mother in law to take out the parcel? Answer: Yes. If necessary, please give your door code to the person you trust and she/he can take the parcels for you.
