Answer: SmartPOST is opened as long as the shopping center in which you selected the SmartPOST terminal. The precise opening hours can be seen here.

Question: How can I get my parcel from the terminal?
Answer: You will receive a text message with the door unlocking code in your mobile phone when the parcel is delivered to the terminal. Everything is very simple and all necessary instructions are provided on screen. You may pay for the goods with your bank card.

Question: How secure is SmartPOST service? Is there a chance that any thug can get my parcel from the terminal?
Answer: Parcel terminal service is very secure. No one can access your parcel in the terminal without your door unlocking code.

Question: Can my unlocking code be used by my spouse/child/mother in law to take out the parcel?
Answer: Yes. If necessary, please give your door code to the person you trust and she/he can take the parcels for you.

Question: Can I also use the parcel terminal to return the goods, if necessary?
Answer: Yes. For this you will need the door code that you received for receiving your parcel. Returning the parcel is as easy as receiving it.

Question: For how long will my ordered parcels be kept in a parcel terminal?
Answer: Parcel will be kept in a parcel terminal for 7 calendar days starting from the moment the door unlocking code was sent to your mobile phone.
