A co-operation between SmartPOST and Logsitics Center of the Estonian Defece Forces makes it possible to send the parcels to the foreign missions promptly and conveniently via parcel terminals.

All prices are 20% VAT inclusive.

• Please pack all items into one parcel and close the parcel with tape.
• The parcel should be packed so that it won’t be possible to access its content it without damaging the external wrapping. Doing so you will avoid missing your parcel during transportation process. Outer package should be capable to protect the content from any damages that can occur in the course of transportation.
• NOTE! The following should be written on the parcel
  Sender:
  • Name
  • Mobile phone number
  • Address
• Receiver:
  • Name
  • Rank
  • Unit, where the receiver serves (in case ther region, where the receiver is located, is known).

• Take your parcel and go to the closest supermarket where a parcel terminal is located.
• You will have to pay for parcel delivery with your bank card, so please do not forget to take it with you.
• Go to the parcel terminal, follow the on screen instructions, pay the delivery fee with your bank card and put your parcel into locker.
• SmartPOST will take the parcel once a week to the Logistics Center of the Estonian Defence Forces at Suur-Sõjamäe 23a, Tallinn, Estonia.
• Logistics Center will deliver the parcels to the region of foreign mission.

*You cannot pay for the parcel terminal services with American Express bank card and temporarily also with Teacher (ISIC) card.

*The maximum dimensions of the parcel are limited with 60x60x60 cms, and according to the regulations of Logistics Center of Estonian Defence Forces the weight of the parcel may not exceed 2 kgs.

• The package has to be marked with details of parcel sender: name, mobile phone number, address, and with details of parcel receiver: name, rank, and unit where the receiver is serving.
• Maximum weight of the small parcel is limited to 2 kgs.P
• The package should be closed so that it won’t be possible to access its content without damaging the package (this ensures that content of the parcel won’t get lost during transportation).
• If you send several items, please do pack them into one unit.
• The sender is responsible for the content, package and marking of the parcel.
• Inappropriate or poorly marked small parcel will be returned to sender.
• Sender is responsible for delivery cost of the returned parcel.

1. Fast perishable food products, canned food;
2. Radioactive, explosive, corrosive, poisonous, flammable and cold sensitive substances;
3. Containers filled with liquids, which are not sealed leak-proof and are not packed into shatter-proof containers;
4. Products in aerosol package;
5. Cash, coins, securities, bonds, precious metals and stones, jewelry;
6. Credit and debit cards;
7. Living animals, birds and fish;
8. Furs and ivory;
9. Sharp objects without appropriate package;
10. Batteries, accumulators;
11. Narcotic and psychotropic substances;
12. Excise goods that are not marked with tax labels, or with tax labels of other countries;
13. Publications and storage mediums with pornographic content.
